Planning work preparation
Assist in the technical management of construction site projects in the electrical engineering field.
Reported to: Head of Engineering
Department: Engineering (PAV)
Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Technical management of a construction site project.
- Planning, visualization and control of projects
- Obtaining information about construction sites (including their specific requirements, specifications, standards and regulations).
- Preparation and organization of projects including the resources required for them
- Collaborate with technicians and receive information to prepare plans in a timely and detailed manner.
- Management of employees ( technical draftsmen)
- Compliance or improvement of the project result
- Maintaining contacts, consulting and relationship management with decision-makers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Commissioning of plants as well as the preparation of the required documentation
- Inspection, maintenance and servicing of existing equipment and installations
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and initiating resolution of issues.
- Responsibility for the preparation of project folders( includes execution plans, other necessary documents, distribution plans,...)
- Measures for further training and continuous improvement of knowledge about laws, regulations and the latest state of technical knowledge
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge:
- Several years of professional experience in a technical position
- Technical education - HTL electrical engineering
- Technical knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience in project management
- Basic economic knowledge
- Good computer skills
- English knowledge
- CAD knowledge, ACAD, EPLAN
