Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Technical and commercial management of a construction site project
- Planning, visualization and control of projects
- Obtaining information about construction sites (including their special requirements, specifications, standards and regulations)
- Preparation and organization of projects including the resources required for them
- Collaborate with technical drafters and share information to produce timely and detailed plans.
- Technical management of employees
- Joint responsibility for the training of apprentices
- Calculation and calculation of materials, goods and supplies
- Arrangement of the order as well as timely provision of materials and goods
- Calculation, as well as timely and ongoing invoicing of the construction site project. Completion of the internal company administration of orders and arranging for invoicing
- Compliance or improvement of the project result
- Participation in and leading of construction meetings
- Management and regular monitoring of the construction site
- Negotiation and communication with customers, architects, construction site partners and employees
- Independent acquisition and support of customers
- Maintaining contacts, consulting and relationship management with decision-makers, acquiring new partnerships and orders
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Commissioning of equipment and installations, as well as the preparation of the necessary documentation for this purpose
- Final inspection of a project including post calculation
- Inspection, maintenance and servicing of existing equipment and installations
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and initiating resolution of issues.
- Observation of compliance with building regulations and safety regulations
- Measures for further training and continuous improvement of knowledge about laws, regulations and the latest state of technical knowledge
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge:
- Technical education - HTL electrical engineering
- Technical knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
